^Sorry, Without larger injectors and larger turbos, plus drivetrain loss, I would be doubtful that you are pulling 400rwhp, just based upon the numbers you gave and using a 20% loss puts you at about 340-360rwhp, not to mention stock injectors will not last long running that much boost on them, your duty is near 100%.  To the OP, why not just buy a obdI car and modify that, then emissions is not an issue and money that was spent on swap can be used to rebuild a tt motor.  My $.02.
